These are the steps you need to follow at to manage your web and email server entries.

1. Go to the main page at


2. Click on Account Administration


3. Click on Manage Name Servers


4. Enter the respective domain name, your username and password to login to your account.


5. In the Manage Web section enter the web IP address of your web server. If you are using a web host service then you should be provided with this information by your web hosting provider.
Make sure the IP address follows the IP address formats (E.g. Each byte of the IP address must be between 0-255.

In the Manage Email section enter the email server name of your email server. Email server name must exist and must be a resolvable domain address. If you are using a mail host service then you should be provided with this information by your hosting provider.
Wrong entries will fail the requests coming to your domain.
Press the Submit button after your entry.


6. Verify your entries and press the Update button to reflect your changes to the system.

Your changes will be applied to the system immediately. Please make sure the web and email server addresses you provided are valid and online to assure the uninterrupted continuance of your domain existence.
